As someone who suffers with sciatic back pain, I am already seeing and feeling incredible results after just a week of using this for 15 minutes a day. It forces you to sit upright and aligns your back, so even without wearing it, I have noticed that I am sitting up much straighter instead of slouching. It is very durable, and you can tell it is well made with thick, adjustable straps that you can set to whatever is comfortable for you. My back is already feeling better and thanking me.
One main advantage of this Betterback Product is that I don't have to constantly remember to adjust my posture. It does mostly that for me. I just have to put it on 15 minutes daily, and I can already see improvements in my posture.
I am at my desk for eight or nine hours a day, and using the BetterBack has improved my back pain so much that it doesn't bother me anymore. It goes around your back and against your knees, which keeps me straight up and reminds me not to lean too far forward or backward while writing. It hugs you so much better and is so much more flexible than the curved plastic ones I have tried in the past.
I work from home and have terrible posture in my broken-down chair, but after sitting in this for 15 minutes, my back feels stretched out and I feel like I am sitting up stronger. It looks like a crazy contraption at first, but once you put it on, it makes perfect sense and is so easy to use. The back and leg pads are comfortable, the straps are completely adjustable, and I can use it whether I am at my desk, my dinner table, or on the couch.
I have been using Better Back for a couple days now and it has significantly helped me and my posture!! I sit about 9 hours a day for my job and I unfortunately tend to slouch, but this truly has me sitting up straight while I sit and type!! The knee pads are beyond comfortable too, and I like that I can adjust it to my liking. I got the medium size, up to 36 inches, and honestly this is unlike any other mechanisms I've used before for posture! Since I work from home and sit at my desk for 8 to 10 hours a day, my back used to start hurting in the evening, but I noticed a huge difference once I started using BetterBack during my workday. It is very comfortable, easy to use, and you can adjust the clip, which feels way better once it is clipped. I tend to slouch and am trying to correct that habit, and I feel like my posture is going to improve immensely.

I took BetterBack out of the bag, put it on as directed, and voila! my back was better!!! It was just amazing at how quick and easy it was to put on but then amazing how my back simply relaxed! Its name is perfect for what it does. I LOVE IT!!

Love the Better Back. It helps relieve the near constant back pain I have from two fractured vertebrae. Wish I could wear it all the time.
It was a struggle at first. Finally got it ironed out. Works fine now.
Haven’t used it on a plane yet, where I intend to, but it’s very good at my desk. I wish the straps didn’t get tangled and were a little easier, but the design is probably as good as it can be and it does work.
Is there a customer service line, need more instruction on how to use it, how to adjust straps, is not 'quick & easy' to put on and use. Can you plz email a video with detailed instructions on how to wear, and adjust the knee straps. Looking forward to using it, get the results of better posture while working at desk. Not what I thought it was going to be.

Well I didn't realize there were two sizes until I placed my order. I wasn't sure which size to order so I got the large thinking I could us it and my husband could also use it. Well, it really is too big for me! I use it but it doesn't seem to fit my back properly.

i got the wrong size
It's great! It's easy to use and it's interesting how easy it is to sit with good posture when you're wearing it. Good posture just feels good and natural. And, most importantly, it is training me to have good posture when I'm NOT wearing it. Excellent product, well made and does just what it was advertised to do. I highly recommend it. :)

I got this for myself and possibly for a client. I like that it’s relatively easy to put on, and it feels wonderful. I work with a stroke survivor, and she has trouble sitting upright for more than 5 minutes. She tried it today and was able to sit upright comfortably for 15 minutes; definitely a record for her!

I’ve worn this for longer periods of time than the recommended 15 minutes and find that does reduce my back pain significantly. Not a cure but along with my inversion table and exercise it helps to avoid the pain associated with long sessions in fron5 if the computer.
So far so good. Definitely can see and feel how it straightens me up when I sit.
